I ordered the Skyline Trunk finisher for my 2015 Q50. It came in within the estimated shipping time frame. They called me to first make sure I was okay with the shipping time frame since it was on back order. After confirming all was well, they out the order through for me and as soon as it reached them, they next day shipped it to me. It came very well packaged. It didn’t have any installation instructions but it was very straight forward with removing my camera, lights, trunk lining etc. And doing it in reverse order when installing it. Great communication and great service.
