The Nissan VTC Cam Sprocket wears out over time and starts to make a rattling noise at idle, and in some cases all the time. This is a Brand New OEM Nissan VTC camshaft sprocket. It is not rebuilt, or reconditioned but a brand new OEM Nissan Part.
